Is there any commission on my sales?
Absolutely not. We charge 0% commission on your sales. 100% of your revenue is yours. The only transaction fee is Xendit's standard ~2.9% which goes directly to Xendit, not us.
What does the platform subscription include?
Your platform subscription includes: the ecommerce website, all mobile apps (Customer, Delivery, and Seller for Business plan), admin panel, platform updates, security patches, and support. Hosting is billed separately — starting at Rp 250.000/mo for Basic or Rp 400.000/mo for Premium.
Is hosting included in the subscription?
No, hosting is a separate charge. We offer two hosting tiers: Basic (1 vCPU, 2GB RAM, 50GB SSD) at Rp 250.000/mo and Premium (2 vCPU, 4GB RAM, 80GB SSD) at Rp 400.000/mo. Both include SSL, CDN, daily backups, and 99.9% uptime SLA. Hosting is billed monthly with no annual discount.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Business later?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime. Just switch to the Business plan and your existing data, products, orders — everything stays safe. Upgrade is seamless with zero downtime. You can also switch hosting tiers anytime.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually for the platform fee and save 20%. Starter drops from Rp 349.000/mo to Rp 279.000/mo (billed Rp 3.348.000/year). Business drops from Rp 699.000/mo to Rp 559.000/mo (billed Rp 6.708.000/year). Note: the annual discount applies to the platform fee only — hosting is always billed monthly.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your store will go offline at the end of the billing cycle. Your data is kept safe for 30 days. You can reactivate anytime by resubscribing.
Do I need to buy a domain separately?
Yes, you'll need your own domain (e.g., yourbrand.com). You can buy one from GoDaddy, Namecheap, Niagahoster, or any registrar. Domain connection and SSL setup is included with your hosting.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. You pay the platform subscription + hosting — that's it. Third-party costs like Xendit transaction fees (~2.9%), Biteship shipping charges, and SMS costs are separate and go directly to those providers.
Will I get the source code?
No, this is a fully managed SaaS platform. We handle hosting, updates, maintenance, and security. You get admin panel access to manage your store. This means you never have to worry about technical issues — we handle everything.
